The US intelligence agencies during the first term were openly rebellious and combative towards Trump while salivating over having any and every way to help Biden get elected.
Any material would have gotten to glowies first. Even if they got the direct order to destroy it they would have squirreled away useful information against Trump, but that information never materialized.
