Protestants are not Christians i.e. this Anglican worships the King of England, not God, and their religion was founded in murder, rape and plunder of the Christian Church.

Also, the Bible goes into detail about the hierarchy of the church. It lists the requirements for deacons, presbyters/elders, and bishops. It's a hierarchy, not just the saved.
