We actually don't have to kill anyone. The technology already exists which would allow for any couple to fertilize like 20 eggs, scan the genome, then implant the best one. Even two retards can produce at least 1 decent offspring with 20 chances. Even negros could quickly be uplifted with this technology. Its not even brand new technology. If we had real visionary leadership they would see what this means and begin throwing all resources at building out the capacity to offer this to all couples.
