pretty much fake. You could buy a visa, go to russia and see for yourself. even the places where russians complain about having too many immigrants are still 90+% white. Amount of indians (excluding exchange students) is close to 0, africans are close to 0 (i personally have only seen 1), arabs are there although not many (mostly from egypt), central asians and Caucasians can be found most commonly (mostly armenians, uzbeks and tajiks), in some places you can find east asian immigrants too, usually korean, chinese or vietnamese.
it's not even remotely as bad as any average german or french city
