The article says "My Indian colleagues told me 1 million Indians could arrive to Russia this year". This is referring to a meeting back in february this Ural chamber of commerce had with indian officials regarding metallurgical work. It isnt saying that Russia plans to bring a million Indians, its saying an Indian businessman offered a million workers. Smoothbrains on 4chan somehow interpret this as the Russian government is committed to bringing in 1,000,000 jeets in the next six months.
