Whomever is running Af Post account is actively spreading western intelligence disinformation. I assume they're too stupid/lazy to know better but it's worth considering that they are doing so for other reasons.

In Russia right now there is a hardcore crackdown on foreigners and there is absolutely zero interest in such a thing. If Russia needed additional labor and wanted to tap the India pool they are much more likely to open businesses in India itself.
