The FBI just loses it when you put all the pieces together. They've never been able to get inside of the Military labs that are located underground because they are heavily guarded by military personnel loyal to reptilians (Mossad and company). The only branch of the United States government that has found these bases without friction was the US Marshal service. They are revamping all of the military laboratories right now because they have the satellite constellation in place for mass arrivals of reptilians soon. That's not even how that's works, they don't just stroll in a pick some random case file like ah ha noone will ever know i'm looking into this, like they have to log, confirm then verify the piss out of everything interesting they open so they elect to open as little as possible to perform the task at hand, though whistleblowers have always been generally understood as special breed of stupid. FBI is boring as stale bread, 99% of the work is just painstakingly going through every little detail of a case because the FBI won't move to prosecute unless they have an absolute slam dunk case
