All my life relatives, teachers, and other variety of adults were prepping us for college being the most best time of life. Some paradise reprieve between childhood and adulthood, where young people were excited to push boundaries, interact openly, and to anticipate a challenging of ideas in and out of the classroom.
Imagine the blindside when I arrived to a scene of antisocial drones walking between buildings not saying a word to each other, hatred on their faces in hoodies as they seemed to clock into an assembly line rather than passionately learning at the beginning of their lives. To the point the 18-22s who skipped uni are having far more fun in the city than any of the cucked students on campus.
A place that appeared to blindly teach FAR more in line with the establishment, and regard anything against the regime as conspiracy theory, to where the average public on the street now questions things more than any university intellectual.
And I've talked to people who attend unis around the world who report an identical experience. Who the hell are at these places anymore?

are you majoring in a bullshit degree? that sucks

for STEMcels college is not fun but you can still get a good life out of it if you work hard. i cant think of anything else that someone who was a loser in highschool can do to redeem themselves and reliably get on the right track. yes you will have to compete with shitskins but everyone else will too and it will be far worse for them

Beginning of their lives. 2 decades into a 6 decade viability span. At the onset of puberty adolescent human mammals become young adults. Mind out of gutter just serious growth maturity patterns. If you want vim and vigor and thirst for knowledge and exploration the system must tap into that as early as 14 if not sooner. College aged 20yos are old. They should be graduating PhD by that age. Easy to tell US is run by geriatrics. Best start your adulthood and education path at 10 and have your goals practically completed a decade later. By the time you are 20 you should be a full adult making it happen not just starting out.

I hated my academic experience. I was so disappointed with it, almost immediately stopped giving a shit and put in the minimum effort necessary until I needed to beg the professor for extra credit. I hated uni because I'm a sperg and I was a super late bloomer, literally gaining height at 19 so most of my peers looked like adults while I looked 15. Also campus was a magnet for chinese international students and they didn't mingle with whites at all so most classes felt alienating

I need to get meme pieces of paper and have an educational tax credit so I might go to meet women and get a doctorate in lesbian dance theroy, then have the province pay for skills retraining and go back and study something else and do the perpetual student game for the tax write-off as a """student"""

I didn't go back to uni but I started going to community college at 26 last year for a trade. I'm far better off mentally and physically than I was when I was 18-25. Nofap + quitting video games + going to sleep without looking at screens + regular exercise does wonders for your mental state. Also everyone knows the economy was fucked by covid and that we're in clown world, so people are less judgy. Disclaimer I'm a 6'2 Chadlite in great shape so people are nice to me and girls approach me instead of treating me like a disease when I was younger. As long as you look good no one cares what you do

You have now inspired me more than any teacher I ever had, has. Thank you anon.

I might change trades just cause taking a 4y apprenticeship for something I'm proficient at and already make Jman rate/upper wages for is just a waste of time and dumb.

It took 13 years of bootstraps to meet the minimum qualifications to take an apprenticeship working in the trades, now I make journeyman rate with zero papers or tickets, life's hard when you keep getting the chair kicked out from under you, and can't get ahead.

Fuck bootstraps. Fuck this gay system.

This was my first two years. I hated being a degenerate party animal though, it doesn’t really suit me and I was a real piece of shit in those days. I made a few real friends I still talk to, and a million acquaintances that I’d rather forget. Got my act together the last two years and focused a lot more on my studies, then got the fuck out and never looked back after graduation. I needed a masters for my ultimate career goal and I ended up just getting it online a few years later.

Now, almost everyone I hang out with isn’t college educated and I prefer it that way. I hate everything about the college life and the ideology it attempts to instill in you.

I took a weird path. I went zog and the Army sent me to language training which had me on the beach in California for two years with disposable income and no bills so it was like college with mandatory work outs. I was 24 at the time, so a bit older, but still fucking teenagers and bar cougars all the while. It was pretty fucking cash and I was able to get an (albeit useless) AA. Now I go to school on a GI bill to get my BS and I don't feel like I missed out because my experiences mirrored other college kids, it is just a bit harder to translate into real world value unless I become a glownigger or something.

But once I finish my BS I think a lot will change, I already get people telling me I have an impressive resume, in fact I am a bit overqualified for most entry-level stuff because I look like a runner but I'm not quite qualified for a big boy job that isn't a fed job, but I am too impatient for the months long process that comes with. I think I would have better luck with local government jobs.

Do you notice university educated people look down and exclude others they see as beneath them?, I'm a tradies and some of their attitudes and behaviours is quite hilarious considering I made more than the teachers telling me I'd never get anywhere in life by year 2 of construction.

Even university educated women are head in the clouds stupid like that and think that their piece of paper makes them smarter than others, yet they don't know what a 5/8ths wrench is.

Went to a big state university and had a miserable time watching all the Indians and Chinese collectively work together or outright cheat on coursework and exams. Had friends in frats and went to a few parties but that wasn't really my interest. Played a lot of Minecraft. Hated it there. Second year transferred to a commuter university and lived at home. Much better experience. "University life" is gay shit for social butterfly normies to get drunk every weekend and/or a chance for repressed degenerates to slut it up for the first time in their lives.

College is a lot less fun than people make it out to be if you are doing a very technical major. I used alcoholism + weed to cope with it and I was able to pass but it felt like I had to kill a part of my soul. I'm probably just being a pussy but constant deadlines for hard ass assignments gets really stressful. Same the euro's have it right about education. High School(secondary schooling) is done by 16. You get your bachelors in 3 years maybe 4 if its medical/engineering related then you do your PhD/MD for 3 years and your done by 22yr with all of the education you need to succeed. To them a masters degree is theft of ones time and resources.

Easily could start all of this sooner at 15.

Most of them aren't happy.

>a scene of antisocial drones walking between buildings not saying a word to each other, hatred on their faces in hoodies as they seemed to clock into an assembly line rather than passionately learning at the beginning of their lives.

What OP said is true. My uni is what we call a "commutative uni" where people go to class and leave. They hardly socialize and look dead on the inside.

You’ll be the oldfag that makes all the kiddos seethe because you’ll be the only one who actually does the reading and puts effort into your homework because you’re serious about getting a degree instead of worrying about beer and pussy. To be honest, the amount of times I’ve had a tradie friend go on an unsolicited rant about how much he hates people who went to college because they’re educated idiots or whatever dwarfs the number of times I’ve seen some bugman/bugwomen in an office job disrespecting people who work with their hands by a pretty large margin. Could just be because I’ve cast my lot in with the blue collar crowd more, but I don’t think the contempt is as strong as you guys all seem to think it is.

Yeah, looking back I fucking hated it, and it was a huge waste of time...

I didn't party, make any new friends or any of that shit you see in movies. Just was stressed out all the time do the work load of being a freshman Engineering student and eventually I fucking dropped out any way so it was all for nothing.

Learned a lot about myself though and about myself in college, though. It redpilled me a lot about the classes of wealth amongst americans and that I will never be a normal member of society.

Yes very similar to what I observed. The frats and soros were always destined to attend there, and them and their alumni parents captured any "lifestyle" and fun these campuses might've offered long before you even applied to them.
The overrunning of universities by insular indians in the last decade+ has also dramatically changed campus dynamics from representations before. 50% of the bars/restaurants/stores on the uni nearest me are just Indian now. And they too largely cant seem to compete without trying to wholly capture every campus institution in all their tribal insecurity.
Though everyone will put on a polite smile in your face to maintain the illusion that you're in some open environment where everyone's making their lives from a blank slate, stragglers like you were always intended to be frozen out.

I can’t even imagine what the modern jeet infested campus is like nowadays. Everyone I hung out with in the 2000s and 2010s were middle to upper class white kids who did acid and pretended to be poor. The few times I interacted with Chinese or Emerati kids who’s parents were multimillionaires, who dressed like what some disgusting foreigner thought movie stars dressed like and who drove bad ass sports cars they had no clue how to operate I was absolutely disgusted to my core.

The second I got there I started using torrents and cancelled my cable for life.
Also never dated in collage intentionally, because I know the woman I want.
Now it's 2025, I'm 42, and married to a 9/10 proud unvaccinated holocaust denier.

It was miserable for me because I commented to school from my paretns' apartment, just like high school. I socialized a little bit during on campus activities, but much of the time outside of class was spent actually doing assignments and preparing for exams, or at my part time job. The wild fun experience you see in classic movies are for spoiled rich kids.

I had a WAY better time in High School, like it was actively fun. College for me was one half hell, one half meh. The first half I made a real big mistake on what one I chose. It started ok, but devolved into a hellish nightmare. I left, and transferred to another one, and it was just meh.

Hot women? Yeah, but they were NEVER at the bars or clubs near campus. And they were always opposite my college specifically due to them doing non-engineering stuff. So I rarely saw them. Sex was literally non-existent. Movies make it seem like there is sex everywhere, that was a big fat fucking lie. And I stayed in dorms n shit too for the first bit. Even went to sportsball games - those sucked massive dicks too. Absolutely wasted my time, but I was TRYING to socialize with normies. Didn't fucking work. Just made me angry at sports shit for wasting my time and money.

Best time I had was flying because there was a airport nearby. Wasn't even a college thing.

I don't regret my degree, because I am doing cool shit now and get paid 6 figs. But the propaganda absolutely does NOT match the experience at all.

Until you go into STEM, where women are like 1-3 people there.

Never found the proverbial woman looking for her "mrs" degree or any of that shit either.

True, but they don't tell you they are sausage fests 99% of the time. No women in sight. I was amazed at all the shit I went to had basically no women at it.

Don't even get me started on college, and all the societal psy-op terrorism that leads up to college, and then all the nightmare effects that the college industry has on our lives after leaving college

Suffice it to say that college is only for the most evil people in society -- college is infinite Nazism in all possible forms, and is only for Nazi types

I graduated from an Ivy-tier university and then did "hard time" in several state universities in Florida. Just awful, all of it -- totally ruined my life forever
