It has never been easier to do clandestine firearm manufacturing. Governments the world over are going to have to come to terms with the fact that they cannot keep people disarmed and the only way forward is to not become a target of their ire.

Lead is literally one of the easiest things to cast.
With the right resin, I can 3D print a bullet mold and cast directly into it.

The historical literature shows that, historically, civilization doesn't jive with an armed populace. It's only a matter of time before unilateral disarmament and you'll own nothing sharper than a pair of chopsticks unless you're an high-ranking official.

An arbor press and a tabletop lathe would be enough to swage and machine brass.

Depends on the cartridge and what gun it's used in.
5.7x28 brass doesn't last long and anything shot through the roller-delayed HK guns gets torn up by the chamber grooves and probably given a huge fucking dent halfway down.

Operation reproduction.

Also you get flagged based on search history, having equipment and ordering parts. The issue is sourcing components clandestinely, or from many hands and then centralizing them.
Also they generally let you build and sell them for 6-8mos of investigation, so once you cross that line just mass production until they get you to win.

In factoria: Minecraft edition, of course.

This is why kingdoms had knights and emphasized concepts like honor.
