This is how it works, Turdie. Most whites already left the big cities and moved due to white flight since blacks were moving into cities due to the great migration. most whites live in suburbs around a city and commute to cities but don't live in the city directly. If you were American you would know this, but many whites are trying to come back w/ gentrification
