2. they use that mob power to bully non liberals into leaving once they start politicizing the workplace by bringing up politics everywhere they get a chance to. if you're not explicitly liberal you're an enemy that they will spread fake rumors about (vague accusations about performance without any proof) and step by step try to turn everyone especially the higher ups against you
