The genius of the system is that we now live in a welfare state where all of the middle class are dependent on some degree of public welfare to sustain themselves. If you can just barely sustain yourself, you can't sustain a child, so you don't reproduce.

The goal is to simply ensure that the population of Britain, and of most other developed white countries, ticks downwards, so that the state, claiming to represent the interests of the economy, can justify continuing replacement policies that are increasingly and more openly anti-white. When you don't form a voting bloc supermajority, your government is no longer accountable to your race. You can promise the browns the world and they won't deign to ask "who will pay for this?" because they already know the answer is "not I"
