This judge has officially ended Abortion NATIONWIDE with this ruling on Birthright Citizenship!

This federal judge protecting babies with a class action lawsuit they are declaring the babies, both born and future born, are being legally harmed by this order. By doing this they are arguing that the unborn babies have rights, which is going to be hilarious when they try to make an abortion argument that babies do not have rights.

You can either have Birthright citizenship or you can have abortion, legally you can't have both.

3: He granted "Class status" to a novel group of "future unborn children" which as far as I am aware has never happened before and opens a whole can of worms like; do these future unborn children have citizenship before they are even born? Do they have rights? How does this affect abortion rights? etc. and that's just the beginning of the can of worms!!
