The top flags are known as "pride flags", the bottom rainbow representing homosexuals and the top representing transsexuals and ethnic minorities and their diversity of identifications. It also resembles a Freemasonic apron and Noahide rainbow symbolising peace after the genocide of Jews during the world war and genocide of homosexuals from the sexually transmitted but now mostly cured HIV/AIDS virus. This symbol of diversity is also believed to have a civilizing effect as it offers supposed freedom to everyone to choose their own lifestyle against previously enforced norms in the new unified liberal global-capitalist-socialist world order such as reducing overpopulation and environmentalism, an imperative with the changing climate caused by industrialization which has now been mostly moved to China who are also enjoying improved living standards, though have yet to wholesale adopt this new liberal paradigm.

The people below the flags are immigrants and their descendants from muslim countries, their flags suggesting they are of the Shia Muslim variety from Iran whose flag they are also waving celebrating Ashura, one of their religious days of mourning for their martyred leader. They are gathered in the centre of London to assemble peacefully as they may face conflict with other muslim immigrant groups in the outer suburbs so they have a large presence. There are also frequent protests against the Iranian regime at other times in the same spot.

The pride flags symbolising if not enforcing diversity and tolerance for different people are above the vastly different foreign sect celebrating below, though some point out the hypocrisy that this tolerance would not extend to other groups, especially those associated with the Jewish genocide though Iran also treads this line.

All in all it is a photo that represents the 2020s well to those who live in it though it may appear absurd to anyone else, which is also an essential part of this era's zeitgeist.
