1: Discovery was denied (ILLEGAL)
2: By the NH Judges own admission the parents do not fit the criteria under Rule 23: https://www.law.cornell.edu/rules/frcp/rule_23
3: He granted "Class status" to a novel group of "future unborn children" which as far as I am aware has never happened before and opens a whole can of worms like; do these future unborn children have citizenship before they are even born? Do they have rights? How does this affect abortion rights? etc. and that's just the beginning of the can of worms!

>>510031946 (OP)Based liberal judge just made all women who got abortions into murderers. This could be extremely based if they all get charged and lose their right to vote
>>510031946 (OP)This is what happens when you let Jews run your country.
>>510031946 (OP)>NH judgedoesn't matter anymore, district judges can't rule on EOs anymore as ruled already by the Supreme Court itself.
The sperm and egg are both already alive at the time of conception so how does life 'begin' ?
>>510031946 (OP) If life begins at conception, shouldn't you have conception-right citizenships?
>>510033041>he didn’t read the opinionThe court concluded the only way a district judge could enforce an nationwide injunction is if it was a class action. The problem is this fucking retard of a Judge didn’t properly certified the plaintiffs as a class. He just declared them one and signed an injunction. It’s honestly shocking how blatantly retarded this is.
>>510031946 (OP)>Discovery was denied (ILLEGAL)What?
So literally anyone can file a motion for discovery for any reason and it can never be denied? I have to hand over all my files to any psycho stalker who can complete a court form?
What's even the point of requiring motion for discovery if it's illegal to deny it?
>>510033957He denied it because by his own admission in the screencap in the OP that he KNEW that the plaintiffs (the parents; illegals, h1b jeets) did NOT fit the criteria necessary for Rule 23 to be granted class status. So he INVENTED a novel class of UNBORN and FUTURE UNBORN plaintiffs and declared that they fit the criteria necessary for Rule 23.
And THEN he denied discovery because he knew he couldn't prove that any of that shit was even possible, much less legal.
>>510033957>So literally anyone can file a motion for discovery for any reason and it can never be denied? No. Part of the certification process for a class action is a brief period of discovery so the other side sees the basis for the class action. This contradicts the federal rules of civil procedure and case law. Essentially the judge is making shit up so he can file an injunction.
>I have to hand over all my files to any psycho stalker who can complete a court form?Only if you’re a party to a civil suit. If not, no. Retards can’t just ask for your shit if you’re not a party.
>>510033041They intentionally left class-action lawsuits on the table and mentioned it in some of their opinions. It was another bait-and-switch.
>>510036244The issue is that the class in this case are unborn babies and FUTURE unborn babies and discovery was denied.
>>510033334And a cart without wheels is a wooden box. Human life begins when there is brain activity and the heart beats, around 8-10 weeks.
>>510038053Not according to that NH Judge.
>>510039800Plaintiffs: 80 billion potential future babies from 3030 that could have invaded and been born.
>>510036244That's not a bad thing. I'm no legal expert, but there is a standard that has to be met before a lawsuit can become class-action and it's a good thing that class-action lawsuits exist and nationwide injunctions can be issues. What's bullshit is yet another activist judge making shit up as they go along and ruining the legal system.
>>510038053Human life begins at the creation of new DNA that is unique from both it's mother's and father's DNA.
>>510041277>idiotCHECKED
Miggers ran around with their abortions screaming cos muh heckin fetus is a heckin person and now fetuses made a class action suit. Holy crap you literally can't make that up lol lmao ahahahahahahààa
>>510039699I'm an arbiter, not a judge, our father God is the judge.
>>510041277>no rebuttal >>510041523Human life. It begins when there is brain activity and the heart beats, it is not a human without the divine spark to connect us to our father God, the brain being the 2 way radio/receiver. Regardless it is not good practice to call upon a soul let alone kill the avatar before the host can enter the body.
>>510042377>it is not a human without the divine spark to connect us to our father God,I appreciate you conseending the argument. Science has proven the spark occurs at conception. Even when there is no uterine wall to attach to. So, there's that.....
>>510032837I don't believe there is a statute of limitations on homicide either.
>>510044366The sparking of neuron activation when the ion channels have enough potassium and sodium to open/close, when life have been harbored by the void, the nothing, the mother long enough to create that spark in the brain (radio receiver remember] to have a connection to our father. This happens at 8-10 weeks but as I said it's not good practice to call down a soul nor is it good to kill a human avatar at say 5 weeks before the host of our father God has entered or made the connection.
>>510031946 (OP)Lock up the judge and women
>>510033417This is a good point. 'Birth Right' citizenship kind of has the fact that you need to be Born to have rights embedded in it.
>>510033532He did certify the class too moron. The lawyers seeked it.
>>510033417AND. The class includes hypothetical yet to be conceived people. The members of the class don't even exist. They're just a sparkle in their Daddy's eyes
>>510031946 (OP)Hey Liberals might finally be discovering that Republicans aren't the only ones who can manipulate and ignore the law!
>>510045172>projection the postit is the shitlibs who use the injunctions not the other way around
>>510045172Liberals were the first ones to ever do that. Republicans learned from them.
>>510044860nah, you're wrong.
life begins at conception.
citizenship begins at birth.
>>510044860>when life have been harbored by the void, the nothing, the mother long enough to create that spark in the brain (radio receiver remember] to have a connection to our father. This happens at 8-10 weeksIf only you could prove any of that I'd say you have a valid point. So, there's that...
>>510031946 (OP)KWAB migatrannies absolute BUBBLIN'
>>510031946 (OP)>life begins at conception BASED, JEWISH movements (feminism, MAGA, etc) on suicide watch.
>>510033041False. Just because the SCOTUS said that lower courts shouldn’t bandy out national injunctions does not in any way stop lower courts from continuing from doing so. That ONLY introduces a risk to the careers of judges who knowingly continue doing things which the SCOTUS may overturn later. The SCOTUS ruling did not stop national injunctions as a judicial power. The amount of wishful ignorance in /pol/ is astounding.
>>510031946 (OP)So unborn children are now a class?
That means they now qualify for a class action lawsuit.
I can't wait for the first unborn child to file suit.
>>510050311No, "life begins at conception, and citizenship begins at birth"
>>510050287>wishful ignorance in /pol/Miggers are NOT part of /pol/, they are LITERALLY shills from Israel and their shabbos got
>captcha: T0ADSuhm... what is the universe telling me? Battletoads?
>>510049528I've said so above, when the mother harbors life inside long enough, 8 to 10 weeks, the neurons developed enough to allow potassium and sodium to do their thing and open/close ion channels in the brain for the first spark of life, meaning the brain now works, the baby growing inside the mother would be an avatar of some sorts (ugly way to say it) until the connection to the father through the brain then it is a full complete human. It is "life" growing in the mother but not a human until the father has entered. You should be going after baby killers first then we can pilpul over timing and the rest. As an arbiter, I can and do change my decision based on the truth.
Most of /pol/ is too young to understand this, and for most of you this will be your first rodeo with the national legal system. The fact is, these are not “activist” judges, they are literally doing what they’re supposed to do: protect the interests of the prevailing power structure. Whenever the country, or a large portion of the country, fights back against the power structure over something, it’s the court’s job to legally defeat these challenges. It’s not something which only started happening during the Civil Rights movement, it’s been going on for the entire history of Western democracy as a whole. Did you know that national injunctions have NO basis in statutory law and that it is a 100% invention of the courts? Do you know WHY the government just let them have this power of God? BECAUSE it’s a useful tool for protecting the power structure, which is the job of the courts. The left is IN POWER, the left RUNS THE WESTERN WORLD. If something threatens their power, wether it’s Trump in the US, or AfD in Germany, or any of the other right wing parties in Europe, the courts are the first line of defense in crushing them.
>>510051147>I've said so aboveas below. You don't have any proof of what you know. Why do you believe I'd follow your show? It's as empty as your soul.
>nh judge stomps his feet, imagines his jurisdiction doesn't end at the courthouse door
good luck with that, faggot
>>510051642>It’s not something which only started happening during the Civil Rights movementyou have this totally backwards. the civil rights movement was created wholecloth by the judiciary in Brown v Board of Ed and then given approval by the legislature in the civil rights act. at no point were the courts "defending" the existing power structure
>>510050524Yea and suing for the unborn babies right to life is valid according to this judges logic
