This also means that the police can just straight up impound your vehicle, even though it's never been proven that you actually did anything illegal. The Netherlands also doesn't have a constitutional court, judges are only allowed to apply laws as they've been set by Parliament, they aren't allowed to judge if your constitutional rights are being violated. It's basically an Americans wet dream.
