Lol, lmao even. In the Netherlands traffic violations have been moved from the criminal justice system, to the administrative system, so the presumption of innocence doesn't apply. This also means that the police can just straight up impound your vehicle, even though it's never been proven that you actually did anything illegal. The Netherlands also doesn't have a constitutional court, judges are only allowed to apply laws as they've been set by Parliament, they aren't allowed to judge if your constitutional rights are being violated. It's basically an Americans wet dream.

Drivers licenses should be much harder to get in the states, way too many retards causing accidents and traffic, anyone over 65 should not have a license.
