If you look at group/crowd pictures from Gaza, most Gazans looks like indians/light skinned blacks/sudanese/nafris/south american zambos/pardos etc.
Most West Bank Palestinians however have a more "mediterranean" or levantine look and sometimes look whiteish(many of them are still swarthy but much less than gazans).

Different arabic clans I guess

There was migration from the Arab peninsula after the Arab conquests. Some look as dark as Yemenites.
