The bike number is also quite high. 1000 bikes an hour translates 15bk/min. This is achieved in Central london, but in greater London I'd put down 0.2bk/min. So 30.
Bus count I think is also a tad high. A double decker can carry 90 people (on average they're operating at 40% capacity) and there's one passing every 3 mins. So it's about 600.
This undermines the OP pic. Thus I can only support this scheme in those high traffic urban areas, not the entirety of non-residential greater london.
But I'd argue you are still understimating how many people would use the bus or bike.
