They need someone to blame all the problems of society on, but they can't blame their own kind, so they blame it on immigrants. South African blacks are racist toward whites. Every immigrant faces this problem. Italians and Irish faced racism from Anglos in the USA; they later assimilated because of skin color, it was easier. If migrants assimilate, then this racism goes away within 2 to 3 generations, but some cultures are very different and strong, and that doesn't go away easily. They face continued racism and learn to live with it. They are forced into ghettos; this makes it even harder to assimilate. It makes their own culture stronger and more resistant, more different from the dominant culture, like blacks in the USA and Jews in Europe. They will get blamed for crime, crops getting ruined, famine, everything wrong in society. The solution is to just increase your demography and make your culture more attractive, like Mexicans in the USA. Don't do it like Jews did, the more they were oppressed, the more they distanced themselves from the host, the more blame they got for being weird. In India and China, they didn't face this problem because Jews didn't kill their god, for one, and they were allowed to do normal jobs like the rest of the people. Chinese Jews even forgot that they were Jews, imagine that lol.
