I guess you'd need to scale up the study significantly to have a proper idea of how reliable this is, but yeah, fingers crossed you get a jury with at least 6 whites. Anecdotally I also know that pakis don't last if it's a long trial, so you could roll the dice and try to play for time, hope one of them drops out after the first week.
