Why did Nazis view bolshevism as less civilized people when even they would admit the slavic war machine was unmatched in world history?

A German saying goes: "Even a blind rooster is going to eventually pick up the corn." (German equivalent to ,,even a broken clock is right twice a day"). Guess it also works vice versa, even a healthy Rooster might miss one. The Nazi ideology made one wrong assumption: That the western Powers of Britain, France and America were equal to the Aryan Race while the East was inferior.

What actually transpired was the opposite. The French, despite maintaining the strongest land army at their time got steamrolled, the Brits ran back to their island with the tail between their legs and only beat the undersupplied German token force in Africa with certain difficulties, the Americans struggled against a small portion of a heavily battered German war machine (while the majority was deployed or dead on the Eastern Front) despite theoretically outcompeting the Germans in every single metric (Industry, technology, Numbers, Vehicles, air superiority,...). Meanwhile the Sovietss, altough backed up by Lend-lease, managed to stop the Nazi War Machine and offer a fight that has yet to be surpassed in scale in the entire Human history. The Slavic resistances brought the Germans much more difficulties than the Western Resistances and most Germans rather surrendered than facing the Soviets.

Hitler himself admitted it in the end that the East proved itself to be worthy of an opponent.

Fairly sure Hitler believed America was half nigger and half Jew. He believed the French were Meds. As for the Russians, he considered them the victims of Bolshevism. And the Russian Empire was basically the modern United States, with a white core that was being forcefully bastardized by kikes.

France joined Nazis willingly, they just couldn't do it openly cause Anglos maintained control over the political narrative but all the French elite was 100% behinds Nazis. What of Brits, they did this literally every time in history, it's their modus operandi, why would it be different now? Hitler never mentioned the United States in Mein Kampf and American Prisoners (except for Kikes and Niggers) were always treated in accordance of the Geneva Conventions. Considering their concept of Lebensraum was based on Manifest Destiny, there had to be some degree of respect, at least for the pure WASP Americans and later the Germanic immigrants.

At the start the Nazis also had forbidden to deploy their eastern Troops to the Weatern Front because they didn't want racially inferior people in the West. Granted, in 1944 desperation overcame ideology, but this implies some degree of respect fot the Western Occupied Nations. France was also spared from widespread destruction and different to the East the German escalation measures against partisan Warfare were much less bad. While entire villages in Poland were eradicated because a lone partisan had shot at German soldiers, the Civilian Populace in France could go on with their life. Vichy France was also arguably the puppet goverment which wss given the most independence and of all other foreign SS divisions the French one was the best equipped and trained.

The French didn't cause problems for the most part. The government was cooperative. And the Germans only wanted to control the coastline to keep the British/Americans out. The Poles and other Eastern Europeans were completely infiltrated by partisans, communists, saboteurs, etc. Many coming from the Soviet Union itself with various forms of asymmetrical warfare, including assassinations, sabotage, etc. Similar to what Ukraine is doing to Russia right now, and what Israel does in Iran.

The Poles acted like a bunch of niggers, and refused to come to any agreement, and to fight for what was the most Jewish country in the world at the time(the Ukrainians today are basically behaving in the same fashion).
