Why was Trump 45 so much better than Trump 47? Is it because they are blatant ZOG now?

45 still had enough checks and balances that Trump could not really go full retard. 47 has the guard rails off and now we get to see just how stupid and anti-everyone but the wealthy the GOP policies can get.
