It was almost possible as work from home became popularized. Now that return to office is back it is hard to live away from city centers. The land near cities is expensive. Also the cost of items became more expensive relative to salaries. Most importantly, they keep importing unlimited jeets.

We need infinity mexicans and indians to do the jobs the natives won't do because they're dying out. Which would mean that there isn't a shortage of housing if the population is declining... And we'd need even more houses for all the browns coming in... Idk smart jew bankers have this all figured out dont ask questions goyim

The supply is artificially constrained to inflate real estate values. This benefits the homeowners as it increases their equity, and the massive companies like Blackrock for obvious reasons. Because Boomer homeowners and trillion dollar firms hold most of the power in the US housong market, there's no incentive to significantly increase supply. Any change would have to start at the local level with the zoning laws and infinite building codes that prevent a lot of home construction.

The other option is massively decreasing demand by deporting tens of millions of immigrants, which is also nice.

(((They))) had to do that because office real estate values were plummeting causing houses near them to plummet because no one needed to live in the expensive cities just to go to an office job. God I wish it had lasted, just live in a cozy cabin in the middle of nowhere with a solid internet connection. On the other hand, a push towards remote makes it even easier to outsource office jobs without having to deal with visas. Jew'd either way.

They have satellite internet now for like 50$ a month, if you could be a network technician you could work from home
That's what the idea is though. Personally, I don't want to work and collect neetbux to live in comfy solitude with internet in the middle of nowhere

Wherever land is $1 per square foot is either too far from work or is tied up in building codes preventing such housing. Nothing wrong with living out in the woods and not working a normal job, just saying it's not the solution for most people who just want to raise a family in a 3bd, 2bth house near their workplace.

I live semi remote. It is about a 90 minute commute to the nearest city center. I also live near the coast. City people flooded my town during Covid and the prices doubled in price. Many of them stayed unfortunately.

>City people
City niggers are the bane of life quality. They suck ruin the place then go to a new place to do it all over again.
