Yeah, we don't have real bounty hunters, just bail bondsmans. We need to issue "peace keeper" licenses to qualified individuals that allow hunting down actual dangerous criminals with posted rewards issued by the government. Used to be we had bounty hunters when the Fugitive Slave Law was a thing, we could probably do something similar for apprehending illegal spics.
