Hire Americans citizens to handpick weed. Pay them enough to live. I think it's fairly easy. The CEO may have to sacrifice a yacht payment or two, but I think it's easier to do than going through the trouble of "hiring" a bunch of illegals who don't speak English.

The ceo NEVER sacrifices a yacht payment unless forced. Price hikes are always passed to the consumer through tax or inflation. We still shouldn't use slave labor, but enfranchising workers already doing the job is cheaper and more productive than creating a new workforce entirely.
