There’s nothing wrong with race mixing, not only is it quite rare but it’s only a natural thing that happens. The “browning” of America and the west in general has been done almost entirely through mass immigration.

A good example of this is in Canada we have an ethnic group called Métis which are mixed French with native Americans, that was formed over hundreds of years through natural mixing. But then the British kept immigrating more and more Europeans and Canada became 95% white European. Strategically they did this to settle the west and have a big enough population that america would hesitate to try and conquer us.

One is the natural product of different people interacting, the other is the top down policy to enact demographic change.
