I have a zoomer cousin that just won't go outside. He barely even goes to school. When I was his age you couldn't pay me enough money to stay at home. I always hung out with friends, explored, wandered around getting into trouble. These kids, if they ever group up, just all stare at their smartphones then go home and stare at their phones some more or monitor like a soulless npc. I seen moms pushing strollers and the baby has an iPad so it starts from birth. They just don't interface with the real world. I think part of it is that the parents gave up.. I skipped school once and my dad threatened to beat the shit out of me then send me to work labor outdoors when it was fucking cold and snowing so I didn't do that anymore. But zoomie parents want to be best friends with their kids and think if they ever say no or act mean Johnny Broccolihair will cry and rope so they keep quiet and let them break from reality almost like they are afraid of their kids.
