Is the alcohol jew ever worth it? I took an extended break from it, drank yesterday, and now am in a state that is as bad as the worst sicknesses I've ever had. Plus I spent money and still threw up at the end of the night. I didn't even have that good of a time.

No. There’s a reason they call it the liquid jew. It literally steals your life from you. I had some really bad shit happen to me and I turned to the liquor jew and it stole 8 years of my life. I quit completely back in January and have lost 40lbs, have gone from a double chin and a beer belly to a 6/8 pack, got my wife pregnant, got a new job with a much higher salary, and got involved in local politics. I used it to cope with my problems rather than just facing them like a man and moving on. Can even imagine where I’d be if I hadn’t waited 8 years sucking jew dick…

it all depends on how you use it, what you get out of it, and whether you feel like its worth it. Some people cant control how much they drink so alcohol ends up controlling their life. they have 1-3 days of recovering after extended binges. Other people need alcohol every hour or two to prevent withdrawals, and STILL feel like shit even with a withdrawal-preventing level of alcohol in their system. This is when people try to taper down. it takes days of severe discomfort to wean off alcoho. Does that sound fun? I dont think it does.

I drink every day but only starting at like 5PM. I can drink a whole sleeve of fireball and 8 beers/seltzers and get up the next day and work. Never any headaches or other hangovers. I've never had withdrawal symptoms. I can go without drinking and have no discomfort, except being a little irritable. I guess its the Irish in me? I also exercise every day and eat very healthy except for some cheat meals every week or so. Lots of water. I think the problem is when you don't balance it with healthy things, it consooms your life.

For thousands of years beer was between 1% to 2.5% alcohol. Universal 5% beer and universal 40% hard alcohol is a pretty recent phenomenon, historically speaking. I would support a higher tax on 5%+ beers and hard alcohol - and a vastly reduced tax on 2.5% and below beer.

They say that the younger generations aren't drinking. They're also not socializing. Alcohol has been the social lubricant of Western Civilization for millennia. I don't think it would be wise to forego it completely. But I think making an effort to make drinking healthier would be wise. I've brewed my own low strength beer and if you haven't drunk in a long time, a 2% beer can still very much mellow you out and make you more social, and it's basically impossible to get sloshed on. If we could somehow popularize or provide incentives for 2% beer I think it could have a positive effect on society.

When I was a young man I was malnourished. Weak, skinny, couldn't gain weight to save my life.
I started drinking in my thirties, reluctantly, and the change was rather dramatic.
I'm no longer malnourished, I'm strong, and my body has bulk and muscle.
I'm in far batter shape now then I was when I was young. Alcohol has been an immense boon to me.
But not every race should drink.
Half of my family are alcoholics, hopelessly so, the other half aren't affected by alcohol at all. I lucked out, taking after the German side of my family rather then the Irish side.
