It did go down 'intermittently' yesterday, they sent an emergency alert out on phones. So regardless of whether it was an intentional ddos style takedown or the system is just failing because of incompetence it doesn't matter much, apparently sometimes when I call 911, it just won't fucking work. Not that I would ever call the police if I could help it but what about firemen or an ambulance, shit's fucked.
