It could be possible that the vaccine has latent or delayed effects, we know it can change the human genome but I think the changes are applied to the next generation. I believe the most desirable change would be to deactivate the reproductive capabilities of the vax-takers offspring. That would mean starting in the late 2030s there would be a significant drop-off in teen pregnancies and in the 2040s overall human fertility would be reduced by about 80% compared to where it is now.
