After a few years of exercise I went from 160 to 220lbs lean and muscular
My shoulders show through my shirt
I wear wife beaters everywhere because they're more comfortable and show my last and biceps/triceps
My entire face has changed shape, I'm attractive now
Nobody ever told me exercise would make my face more handsome but it did
My hair even started growing back because I eat healthy and get more sunlight and have a lower stress level
If you want to be a fat loser forever whatever man that just makes us who do exercise look even better in comparison

Literally 99.9% of your ancestors did not have to consciously decide to self improve to get anywhere in life, get married, or have children. They weren’t going to the gym, reading books about how to attract women, eating healthy, meditating, doing nofap, watching charisma on command videos, ect.
They lived their lives on autopilot and shit just happened to work out enough for them to reproduce, that’s why you’re here. It wasn’t some conscious, deliberate process that took hundreds of hours of self reflection and exertion, they just reacted to environmental pressures and their social conditioning and genetics did the rest, that’s it.
Overwhelmingly self improvement today is used to try and achieve the most basic social milestones 999.999% of our ancestors never thought about a single day in their life and took for granted as much as shitting and pissing.
