Lack of any command and control and even if they had localized command and control they lack unity of command. Basically they posit conspiracies that depend on an informal social network, a sort of mafia that can act like a cohesive and well disciplined secret army. Furthermore no matter how sneaky innately you think Jews and maybe freemasons are they are not trained spies.

But there is one grand conspiracy theory which fufills the requirements of command and control both locally and internationally. When you put the blame on the Jesuits and the Catholic Church it starts to make sense.

1. The Jesuits are all trained spies, in fact trained more than anyone in any other intelligence agency as it takes 14 years to become a Jesuit. Thats longer than it takes to become a specialist surgeon.

2. Both the Catholic church in general and the Jesuit order in particular have command and control and unity of command.

3. The nature of the conspiracy in making the world gayer and less tribal and also more oligarchic and less autocratic fits with the objectives of the Catholic Church in the long term, as the old monarchies even the Catholic ones could never accept the supremacy of the Pope in temporal matters in practice.
