You fucked yourself. Now you can't stop because you body wont go back to the way it was before. I did them in my 30s and stopped. Everything sucked after that even your mental health. Life did a 180 turn to the positive after injecting again in my 40s. Less sore, tired feel better. Once you do them you have to do them for the rest of your life.
