I don't live in community one. I am a non traditional pre-med student living off zogbucks. I have visited and the living conditions vary from plot to plot. I will say there are several buildings under construction, homes to white families, wells have been dug, and roads are being built. Surprisingly high quality internet as well.

The people? Well, the people living there full time now are conscientious and early adopters and I have noticed some trends among them. They are undoubtedly high iq but autists. High in neuroticism and niche hobbies. Pol/tards/ are just one type of person in the community. There are also preppers, homesteaders, and people who like to larp as settlers lol.

If you are interested join, I joined early and have had the privledge of meeting people from various walks of life. You can join the non-members PMA chat to get a taste for what this about, and once you interview and get accepted you gain access to the members only chat.

There are groups organizing landbuys in the PNW and Appalachia as I type this. The plan is an interconnected web of self sufficient white communities. These will be fully functioning towns complete with community centers, schools, and potentally even commerical production.

The way this is setup allows members to enjoy the economic benifits of modernity while minimizing the toll it has on our people.
