That's not what you're seeing in slavlandia. You're seeing slavic warfare. Modern warfare evolved past tanks decades ago with the advent of mass-produced automatic tank-seeking missiles with a high kill rate. It's 100% about drones and airforce, now, with the latter slowly being unseated as long range bomber drones capable of return trips currently cost about 1/50th as much as a manned aircraft that can do the same.

they seem to work far better than stock, though the issue is that there's still mines they have to contend with. legacy tank designs are mostly obsolete.

people are going to be in for a rude shock when they see how easily aircraft carriers get wasted in a peer/near-peer conflict.
