I think it's a false dichotomy. Neither forcing women to have children nor bringing in millions of immigrants is required.
Monetary incentives to have children, lowering the cost of living, lowering the hours worked per week to compensate for how both men and women are working unlike the old model where women stayed at home, etc. Those are policies that need to be pursued to raise the birth rate.

There's too many people before we took in all these pajeet immigrants to Canada. There's this thing we have called a sustainable population index and we were already past it back in the 1990s. The cost of living has gone insanely expensive and our money been devalued by all these pajeets coming in. Any chance of us having children also has been ruined because none of us can afford a house and if you're not on disability than you're constantly slaving away at some job. Okay first of all there's a ton of videos you can find on youtube about how the issues between the central government and the local governments in China has resulted in massively inflated population figures because local governments want to get more money from the central government by inflating population figures.

Second of all China isn't a largely Arctic country the way Canada is.

Third they can't. There quality of life is terrible and China fucking sucks, nobody wants to live there. Canada doesn't need more infrastructure, it doesn't need more people, our nation was more productive and better in the 1990s than it is now. More people doesn't mean more innovation, doesn't mean a better economy, doesn't mean shit except degradation and collapse. We have more despair, suicide, homelessness, etc. than ever and nobody can afford to live and the middle class is destroyed here.
