>>510248727 (OP)Is there any big nature doom going on? That's my favorite
>>510248727 (OP)ok im in. i have a great idea.
its to BTFO Elon Musks 1st amendment.
my understanding is that Brandenburg or whatever basically asserts that the nazi party could talk all their shit about Jews as free speech not because sticks and stones but because the nazi party didnt actually have the ability to gas all the jews in America. it wasn't a credible threat. I'm not crazy about that. I think it should be so expansive that ANY words are legal because words are words and shooting somebody in the face is shooting somebody in the face and there is no confusion between these two events.
but we dont have the laws that I want.
now on to Elon. He has immense resources specifically hangars, warehouses, transportation NETWORKS including tunnels and trains, and I think it's safe to say that a repurposed dragon whatever rocket could cremate a lot of bodies.
regardless of anything Elon Musk has said or done, can he be trusted with the same 1st amendment that you or I have? I can't round up the trannies and shoah all of them. he actually could.
the existence of Elon Musk and the level of resources he has changes the reasoning and conclusion of the current rulings on the 1st amendment. this is a fair thing to want clarified by the court.
IN THE MEANTIME, should Elon Musk be legally compelled to stfu?
>>510248727 (OP)nah. unironically trump will die in disgrace if this isn't some 4d chess move where he ends up releasing them at the end, and I have 0 faith in that outcome.
