>>510252140Jesus was undeniably Jewish — by birth, by culture, by religion, and by every historical measure. He was born to a Jewish family, circumcised on the eighth day according to Jewish law, and regularly taught in synagogues. He celebrated Passover, quoted the Torah, and explicitly stated that he came not to abolish the Law, but to fulfill it. His disciples called him “Rabbi,” and the entire context of his teachings is rooted in Second Temple Judaism. The New Testament itself makes constant references to Jewish scripture, law, and tradition — because Jesus was living and preaching within Judaism, not outside or against it.
Trying to strip Jesus of his Jewish identity is nothing but modern revisionist nonsense, usually driven by antisemitic or theological motives. It’s an attempt to whitewash uncomfortable roots and pretend Christianity fell out of the sky fully formed. But history doesn’t care about your feelings — Jesus was a Jew, his followers were Jews, and Christianity only exists because of a Jewish man preaching to other Jews in a Jewish land. Denying that isn’t just ignorant — it’s delusional.
