There are literally millions of boomers living in poverty in Australia

It doesn't matter if their house is worth millions of dollars, they never use the equity in it and are cash poor and are permanently stuck at home twiddling their thumbs

Do you know what crime has increased lately by far the most? No it's not browns or immigrants, it's Boomers who are stealing from supermarkets because they can't afford food.

>They can just reverse mortgage their house and live off equity and be balling!

Nobody actually does that

If you own a house you don't need to pay rent so the minimum pension should cover basic expenses. There might also be property tax deferral options. Lot of boomers live like that here on $2k-$3.5k monthly income.

EVERYBODY START BURDENMAXXING IMMEDIATELY. THIS IS NOT A DRILL

Start stealing and become a burden on society. First thing you should do is quit your worthless wagie job. Don't bother applying for benefits, welfare or any other government assistance unless you really can't help yourself. I personally prefer to also GHOSTMAXX, no properties in my name, no hand outs, no benefits, no taxes, just living in the shadows of society and outside of the system as much as I can, but I digress. Simply take everything you need from big corporations, resell it and enjoy life. Hit their jew warehouses and megastores and become an honest reseller. Make sure to post about it and encourage more people to become burdens like you. Once enough people do this, their system collapses. Also always remember how over half the population got vaxxed and sided with the government. Make them pay and enjoy that too. This is how you get back at the jews, the governments, the corporations, the normie cattle and everybody else who wronged you.

There is nothing more that jews and their wagie cattle fear than you anon taking a big fat shit on their jewified society, never forget that.

Well yeah, but it's mostly for the fact Australian boomers aren't trusting of reverse mortgages for pulling equity out of their home, like American boomers are. Reverse mortgages are more so an American thing. It never really took off here, I guess Australians are far more risk-averse when it comes to their home.

Yes, there are wealthy Boomers who own multiple properties, negative gear, and vote for neoliberal parties to protect their asset base.

But they are not the whole generation.

Tens or even hundreds of thousands of Boomers in Australia live isolated, poor, and neglected lives.

The reality is most Boomers never invested.

People assume just because everyone is into investing today, that it was always like this, it was never like this, it was hard to even get into investing until like the 2010's when it became more accessible to people.

Majority of boomers were not investing into anything in the 80s and 90s.

Yes a small % of boomers bought 7000 properties in the 1980s and 1990s, but thats a few of them.

The difference between the top 1% of boomers (compared to other boomers) and the top 1% of millennials compared to other millennials , its 100X more unequal in terms of wealth distribution

No its not. Australians believe reverse mortgages are mostly a scam and will end up with them being booted out of their own home.

The word "invest" implies productive enterprise. The boomers didn't invest they jewed. The word Jewed implies usury.

No boomer earned the value of their property during their lifetimes, half inherited, half flipped land or became landlords. They jewed.

This is what seperates the "right", the liberal Nationals, and nazi cunts. We don't accept Jewry as a legitimate income. Usury, landlording, rent seeking, welfare, fuck the lot of them. Income means producing something. Even a prozzie produces a nut.

I don't want to get too deep into it but basically anyone who turns a profit without producing anything has an "unearned income".
The most common form of unearned income is a rental income, and we call everyone who has a rental income a landlord, regardless of what their legal position is.

The ATO is a landlord, you pay them rent, land tax is a form of rent.
Someone who buys and sells properties, invests in them, speculates on them, we consider their capitol gains to be a form of rental income. Similarly boomers who are negatively geared, we consider that a rental income because they've offset capitol gains. They've avoided income tax through land ownership.

australia is the best example of an egalitarian distribution of wealth in a society with an entire generation managing to become wealthy thanks to real estate compared to the US where its like 4 billionaires who own everything and the middle class has not existed since the 1960s. the reality is though that regular people are not that good at investing and bad at making financial decisions, if those boomers didnt buy real estate they would have wasted their money on grog or crown casino or other stupid shit so real estate investment probably was the best investment for these people to park their money into even though it is a totally illiquid asset and our entire economy literally depends on real estate going up in value screwing an entire younger generation who are too late to the party

It’s always been white pepper fuckign up shit. They’re the nouveau riche poor people that won the lottery a few hundred years ago, had their Epstein raves/parties, squandered it all, and now revert back to the mean (poverty).

Don’t pity them, imagine not making it in the easiest time ever to do so. I always laugh when boomers here say they opted out of “gold plated” pension schemes which can often pay your entire peak salary from when you were working in retirement. Or that instead of investing in even the most basic bitch fund that makes 5% compounded they spend 200k on a kitchen remodel.
