As long as Americans are dependent on Olgarchy for jobs and livelihood liberty is dead. The only way to regain sovereignty is to delete the Fed and the Department of Education and make tax on land based on percentage in relation to the general population in a specific area and nationally to prevent shadow markets and real asset hoarders. Additionally make company shares taxable as property tax and all companies taxed based on wage to profit ratio.
