Because they're all a bunch of fucking narcissistic retards. They're incapable of conceding even the slightest points, let alone ever admitting they could be wrong about something. That's also how you get them saying big pharma is a bunch of greedy evil suits who make people sick on purpose to make more money, while they also will tell you that all vaccines are safe and effective and nobody has ever had a side effect and Pfizer crafted them out of pure benevolence and love of humanity.
It's why Hasan Piker refused to box Sam Hyde even though there were people offering up a tremendous charity pot. There was a chance he'd lose the match, and he can't have that cuz he's a narcissist. They're all narcissists. Once you realize that, their behaviors all make sense.
