I don't know what a virus truly is, but herpes is very real and it can't be healed. And I have tried all the schizo alternatives like deworming. Herpes will never go away once you catch it. All you can do is try to be as healthy as possible to have an strong immune system. I just got an outbreak from overtraining and it sucks.

I get the muscle pain and headaches in every outbreak, it's different for each person. I'm glad that I have a strong immune system, the last outbreak I had was like 3 years ago. But the thing is, we will get old and our immune system won't be as good as it is now, the herpes will get worse. Most people don't even think about it, but herpes is the cause behind lot of suffering later in life. And no one cares, they don't even tell you about this in school.
