People just don't get simple stuff like most addictions never get broken and most people never heal from heart break and every relationship you burn mostly never comes back. People only in history work together to avoid death and famine after any disagreement that makes them fall out of like. A lot of these people in poor places have no context about the rest of the world so any idea you're able to plan even for their interests without manipulation is asinine. The psychological side of this is also that even if you don't think there's something wrong with high birth rates in poor areas, they're going to have to face a precipitous decline of said rates sooner or when there's 3 times more people. And if they aren't very socialized or there's any argument that they're less so because of no toys then anyway. It makes no sense. That's the point. Wouldn't want wars.

I would make it a point also to give high quality expensive ones and say things like wouldn't it bad if you had a family and couldn't afford these for... Then they well the economy is rigged, and you go well let's fix that.
