It was a successful prosecution resulting in her conviction and a 20 year federal sentence. She is 63, every remaining good year she has left to live will be done inside a federal prison.
Now, if a decision would have been made to instead prosecute her as part of a massive pedo conspiracy involving everyone you think is involved, well, from a legal standpoint that is order of magnitudes more difficult with a very real chance it all falls apart and no one goes to prison.
And here you are pushing for Ghislaine Maxwell to have an appeal or a pardon or even a chance at spending any of her good years in life outside of prison. You should kill yourself immediately.
