It's illegal without the mother's permission. And frankly only a beta would try to do a paternity test in secret. I openly tell every woman I date that I'll paternity test any children I ever have. If she gets upset it's a good sign she's planning to be unfaithful.

The stats really are shocking, I think it's something like 3% of children are born to mothers who commit paternity fraud. If I'm spending 18 years raising a kid, I'm not taking a risk on a 3% chance it's not mine.
