This sounds like a good idea.

The land division you posted is retarded. So it's probably needed for the country to annex the red areas.
A secular government that ensures the protection of BOTH Jews and Muslims and everyone else would be the best solution, obviously.
However I find it hard to believe it may be allowed by the public.
Given the nature of the conflicts in the region, the country should probably keep up their military investments and tech, but obviously not use it for expansion. Just to ensure the safety of all population both inside the country and from outside threats.
