it's not just the earth. it's the milky way galaxy.
the "void" is just the massive empty space between galaxies.

okay. so what? who the fuck cares? There are still 100 billion stars in our galaxy to explore.

When the spinning ball-Earth is finally exposed worldwide for the 400+ year deception it was, Earth's entire population will suddenly be faced with the reality that every government, every space agency, university, secret society, religious organization, mainstream and alternative media outlet have ALL been duplicitous in propping up a monstrous manipulation to fleece and control the masses. The resulting mass mental exodus away from the control system is exactly what humanity needs. Once the flat Earth truth gets out, these lying politicians, spokesmen, reporters and teachers suddenly change from being heralded voices of authority to being ridiculed, shunned and denounced as they deserve. Once the flat Earth truth gets out, these governments, universities, media outlets and other entangled organizations which have long been hard at work weaving this multi-generational ball-Earth myth, suddenly and completely lose all credibility. Once the truth of our flat Earth gets out, so does the truth of these few elite families/societies who have kept this most important and fundamental reality from us for these hundreds of years! Essentially, once the flat Earth truth gets out, so does every other important truth by proxy, because this "mother-of-all-conspiracies" holds under its umbrella literally ALL of the other conspiracies, and exposes them.

my theory is, well its a possibility, our whole section of space, be it our arm of the milkyway or the entire galaxy itself, is just claimed by some space empire. they dont have any reason to interact with us, why would they. maybe we are on a list of annihilation and they havent got around to it yet, or they just leave us alone cause they dont care. or they dont even know we're here.

this debunks the big bang theory then
we believe the whole universe is expanding exponentially
however, this discovery shows that this is only the case relative to us because we are in a void, and If we are located in a region with below average density, then matter would flow away from us due to stronger gravity from the surrounding denser regions

how would it debunk the big bang? what rules say the expansion of matter had to be uniform in every direction, and i think there are fundamental flaws with how we look at the stars in our universe, because we have only 1 frame of reference, one vantage point, how can we really triangulate these things without another observation from 100,000 lightyears away. seems flawed to me but what do i know

Cmon, we have a giant ball of nuclear fire and we spin around it on a rock in like a void?, with liquid water, air we can breathe hugging the surface of this giant rock, which also has this giant molten iron dynamo that makes a literally science-fiction magnetic shield around the planet to stop super cancer rays, just lets in a little cancer rays, and somehow only like 70 elements make up everything we are and interact with, like i don't know what's a more implausible that their is a GOD or their isn't, either explanation is equally fantastical.
i use this way of thinking on athiest because they will believe in hard "science" and not get how absurd this all sounds

that was also a part of my theory, sad fact but not that bad, we may be classified as just smart animals to these aliens, same way we watch nature shows on lions or dolphins the aliens who could possibly be millions of years more advanced than us just kinda check us out every so often. i always thought the "tic-tak" drones/aliens are just some type of recording devices, we could just be on a fucking alien tv show narrated by an alien david attenbrough

"watch as the nigger, steals the bike...... even tho
his government gives him money, in order to a buy a bike. and as the authorities of the planet apprehend this specimen, he will instinctually revert to a primordial cacophony, claiming, he din do nuffin" remarkable behavior, AND now we journey to the SOuth side of chicago.....

Pretty obvious that the expansion of space is the result of the disappearance of matter in the final acts of a black hole. Matter is being converted into dark energy which is time space being made. Anyways, the big bang theory and string theory were just theories and relying on things like the cosmological constant is really reddit tier thinking.

tell me you don't know the scientific method without telling me you don't know the scientific method
more importantly it's very likely that being in a void is pretty much the only way intelligent life can evolve, in a more densely packed part of space stars wizzing past each other all the time means they're constantly throwing rocks at each other
the suns gravitational influence extends about a lightyear out, meaning that if another star is within 2 lightyears of our sun comets would be getting yanked out of orbit all the time and flung back and forth, earth would be in a near constant state of bombardment if it wasn't completely dislodged from orbit itself, furthermore supernovas happen at a somewhat regular rate, the more dense the stars are the more often they would sterilize the planet, the core of the galaxy is uninhabitable for this very reason, in fact nearly 3/4 of the stars in the milky way are for how densely packed they are, another 3/4 of the remaining stars are red dwarfs, utterly devoid of life for being so unruly that they basically vomit radiation at any planet close enough to have liquid water.
more importantly however this 'discovery' isn't about earth specifically it's about the milky way, the closest 2 billion lightyears seem to be less dense than the rest of the cosmos, which tracks because looking past 2 billion light years is looking 2 billion years in the past when the whole universe was more dense, so it's a pointless thing to say anyway.

daily reminder that OP's claims are bullshit. the original claim was that our galaxy is in a region of space wherein the density of galaxies is 10% smaller than farther out, and this fucks with measurements assuming homogeneity.
I repeat: the 'void' is '10% fewer than average galaxies per volume unit', and it's not Earth sitting in the middle of a void but our whole galactic cluster.

This has always been the theory, it's just "more likely" now. What they're saying is: galaxies are not exactly close to each other. There is a massive void of probably nothingness inbetween galaxies. The expanse between galaxies is so massive that even if we can travel from one end of the galaxy to the other relatively quickly like in Star Wars, we still wouldn't be able to visit other galaxies because they're just too far. This is why you never see galaxy-hopping in sci-fi. As I said this theory is decades old, everyone already knew about it.

you might think im an abbo, or worse, a nigger, which is untrue. im swedish; but, i think its terrifying that were stuck in a void. nobody will ever know who we were.
not that we'd ever have anything closely resembling a chance of seeing our closest neighbor proxima centauri with our naked eye, but its scary to think that exploration is set to the highest difficulty. i only say highest difficulty due to us not having been somewhere in a supercluster, where we would have been raped by GRB's already, that would be unfairly difficult.
on the bright side we are safe from those.

i dont think we'd ever want to find aliens, or worse, have them find us. we would always hope they are friendly, but earth logic, at the very least, would dictate they would not be friendly at all.
on top of being a more advanced species, theyd likely be very tired/angry having traveled all this way, and would view us as an oasis. inb4 theyd be different, and wouldnt survive on earth. thats also likely, but less interesting.

Oh, hey Flaterfer, long time no see, how's it going?

>every government, every space agency, university, secret society, religious organization, mainstream and alternative media outlet have ALL been duplicitous in propping up a monstrous manipulation to fleece and control the masses
uh, "fleece and control the masses" how exactly? by imposing lower property taxes near the north pole because on a disk the amount of surface is smaller in the middle? can you explain more the fleecing and controlling system there?

>these lying politicians, spokesmen, reporters and teachers suddenly change from being heralded voices of authority to being ridiculed, shunned and denounced as they deserve
yea, good call, fuck them
>these governments, universities, media outlets and other entangled organizations which have long been hard at work weaving this multi-generational ball-Earth myth, suddenly and completely lose all credibility
that's ... well, okay, but, uh, ... they only had the credibility that morons granted to them about any other dumbasseries they commited over the years anyway, so you would probably need large telescopes to notice any change

>Once the truth of our flat Earth gets out, so does the truth of these few elite families/societies who have kept this most important and fundamental reality from us for these hundreds of years!
yea, about that, no, in fact, revealing bullshit about a crapshot theory would not have any impact on any conspiracy or criminal organization outside of it whatsoever
you would have to explain clearly (science-like) how one could affect the other

I look forward to your amusing commentaries

thank you for your response, i disagree with you on us being in a "void" is a bad thing, let me tell you my theory on this, contact with aliens is a zero sum game, any aliens who have the ability to meet us first means we lost.
it would be like a dude with Toyota corolla driving up on caveman with a 9 mil and blasting everyone. there would be no chance we could even show force against a malevolent alien force that can move faster than the speed of light.

there is also the possibility that some aliens have massive lifespans and are like living rocks or trees and we cant even communicate with them rationally even if we get along

You are right that people are being massively lied to about the history of this planet. But your conclusion is wrong, you've fallen for a psyop if you think what they're hiding from us is the fact that the earth is a flat disk. What they're really hiding from us are gigantic artifacts visible from space that fundamentally contradict the history of this planet that we know (or are allowed to know), and it would be very hard to retroactively explain that, that's why you only see little photo cutouts or CGIs of the Earth and not real full profile shots. And people like you are useful in maintaining secrecy, because every time someone asks for full-profile photos of the Earth, they can immediately be discredited as "Flatearth-crackpots" and any discussion of this topic is immediately nipped in the bud.

The upper atmosphere of Venus have temperature and pressure comparable to our planet and strong winds that can sustain flying organisms. Anyhow, it might be too far from volcanic activities for life to be generated, I donโ€™t know for sure. I think itโ€™s possible, and I assume aliens know the signatures of it much better than us.

Iโ€™m also assuming that it would be straightforward to build a military base and a trading post in the clouds of Venus, and to mine that planet and sell their resources to us. It would be the most peaceful way to colonize and exploit us. They know economy better than us, of course. Thatโ€™s why their passage on Venus.

Yes. Considering how we mostly treat international shipping (aside from the Chinks, Africans and Indians) and near-Earth orbit (aside from the Chinks and Indians) we should be mature enough to handle space travel.
Even bitter enemies like the US and Russia could cooperate on space-related matters.

I guess the issue is that we'd be taking the Chinks, Africans, and Indians into space, and if there are ayy lmaos out there keeping tabs on us, they're waiting for Europeans to drop the suicidal levels of altruism. Chinks, niggers and jeets in space is a bad idea, but in our current state we would absolutely drag those nasty fuckers up there with us.

If we donโ€™t build giant floating cities and claim all the land and sky of Venus before the aliens come, there will be no war. We will just submit to them and disappear into darkness.

We should build floating cities and mining on Venus in the next century. We donโ€™t lack manpower, we have hordes of sacrificable brown and yellow people that are invading white countries as we speak destroying our social tissue and our kids future. We need Venus to avoid genocide happening in the next 10 years. Brown and Yellow should all be deported to Venus.

I think that we are talking about two different types of alien.

There is the advanced faster then light civilization sucking the stars powers and overlooking above everything. Those aliens know our race since before the dawn of our planet, they overlord us and study us as we study insect and microbes. They are not interested in exploiting us and if anything they are between us and use our space at will. We live a different level of existence, and as such there is no need for them to kill us. Oumuamua wasnโ€™t built by them.

Oumuamua is a not so advanced alien technology, sub-light speed, surely from a civilization native of our galaxy. They are less then a light centuries away from us, very close. Very comparable to us in methods and conditions. They will exploit us, they are interested in economical domination, they want to spend their life in luxury exactly like we do. The superior aliens will just look at us clashing and not interfere

The most scary thing about Oumuamua and their civilization is that they obviously developed way to cloak their communication. This implies that they already fought space wars, either with other aliens or against each others in civil war kind of fights. This means they are at least a few centuries of development more advanced than us. Even if we are able to defend Venus and colonize it with brown and yellow people before they come, itโ€™s going to be hard to defend us against them during the ensuing war

Can't you see that these are CGIs? You can even see the progress in the technology of computer-generated graphics. If you compare these images on your meme map with real photos, which only ever show partial sections, you can see the difference. The first image on your meme card even shows a shot that was supposedly taken from the moon, holy moly. It looks the most real because it was taken with real models in a studio. The other images were created by a computer program. These images are probably based on real images. But the real images are classified as secret.

if we are in a void, then that means voids are possibly a prerequisite for advanced life. non-voids have too high a CMB, too many exploding stars or other sterilizing factors. its also believed the more mass you put in an area (galaxy clusters and such) the more of an effect it has overall on spacetime around it. as far as we know the whole universe is sterile and unconducive to life, we are the outlier

2. Our theory of gravity could be wrong. Maybe every local frame of reference looks like a void (underdensity) in its view of spacetime.
3. Life as we understand it may be impossibly rare in the universe. You would need esoteric life forms (e.g plasmid life in stars) to be optimistic about alien life.

and saying aliens just want to live a life of luxury, there is no way you can know that and try to understand the motivations of things we dont even know. for all we know the aliens we meet could be rock creatures who live for 10,000 years and we cant even have a conversation with them

if you want to say they`re all fake that`s another argument. but there are photos of the earth in a single frame unless you think they`re fake. the photos of partial sections have more detail because they are taken close up. an image from far away isnt going to have as much detail and is actually not of much scientific use so not many are taken from that distance, but there are a few. literally any photo you would say is fake though so as i already knew there was no point showing you. i could pick you up in a ship and fly you out there to see it with your own eyes and 100% i know you would still say its fake.

My belief is that life is possible between the water freezing point and its boiling point, thank to a very interesting interaction between water molecules in the liquid phase and carbon based macromolecules.

This sets a natural scale of energy of life, given by the Boltzmann constant multiplied by 320 degrees kelvin, and as such a distance and a time scale. Living organism live between seconds to centuries. No other life similar to ours, faster or slower, is sustainable.

>>510342815
Unlike many others who are interested in this topic, I have never entrenched myself behind any kind of ideology. But I know that I can trust my eyes and I don't have the impression that partial-profile shots differ from the alleged full-profile shots due to the shooting distance. It has much more to do with the fact that a computer program or even an AI cannot accurately calculate and replicate the real refraction of light. That's why the old images taken in the studio look more "real" than the images generated later on the computer. As I said, these CGIs are most likely based on real images. But they are not the real images and there is a reason why the real images are classified. The reason, however, is not that you could see from above that the planet is a flat board. I've already explained the real reason earlier in this thread.

Maybe that's what the fermi paradox is all about. We think there are so many stars and so many galaxies, but you have to be in a void to have any chance of life getting a chance to develop long enough to send signals or travel any meaningful distances. Everywhere else it can't happen. And because the voids are so far apart, it means we're isolated in our "safe" little islands of relatively nothing. We may have to revise the formula to only allow a small number of civilizations in void areas and not much of anything anywhere else.

Well, how do you think I came up with the question in the first place? It originally started with the fact that I wanted to see a real picture of the earth and also very naively assumed that it should be very easy to find one or even a lot of them. But I only found real partial images and, in contrast, the many, many, almost countless CGIs that simulate the full profile of the Earth and, in my search for an answer, I finally came across the statement that there was no technology that could be used to get so far away from this planet, to create a good full profile image of it, because humans and their technology are simply too tiny in relation to the surface of the planet and the journey would take forever and you would end up with very blurry images - so you could only artificially replicate these images to make the view visible. Maybe that's true, but that would verify all the images as fakes. However, it is more likely that good satellite images exist that are simply not intended for the public eye, if only for geopolitical and military reasons, and that is not speculation.

>Life as we understand it may be impossibly rare in the universe
Quite the opposite. We have found life in every single place we have cared to look for it. The existence of life is a mathematical function of time and entropy processes. As long as time and entropy exist, the possibility of life existing always increases towards 1. In some places, where time is present but entropy is extremely low (an empty box of space) it may take a nearly infinite amount of time to make any meaningful progress, but in any area like a planet which have very high entropy (high matter interactivity) you will find life, guaranteed, eventually.

Whether or not this life is able to propagate to high intelligence is an entirely different question, but the basic requirements for the most rudimentary forms of life are just time and stuff happening.
