If you're talking actual children, like pre-pubescent, it's pretty well proven to fuck them up and lead to high rates of mental illness and criminal behavior later in life. It can also physically hurt them.
For slightly older girls, there are stages of physical development where they can get pregnant but aren't capable of safely carrying a baby or giving birth. They're also still psychologically vulnerable at that stage.
With teenagers, it's a different story, you probably still shouldn't fuck them for various reasons but acting like somebody who thinks a 16 year old with big titties is hot is the same as somebody who wants to fuck toddlers is retarded.
