The price oscillated from 5.46 to 5.48 steady, and the insider moved it from 5.46 to 5.495 before the announcement, IDK how much of a position they took, but they made could be 100 mil? The issue is that it's not just under Trump, this type of insider trading is always going on. You always see things moving in a certain direction for no reason, and then a little later some surprise announcement comes out and explains why the move happened per-announcement.
