Most of the hatred is between LGB and T.
The definition of gay has been a constant for centuries, but trannies are constantly flip flopping on what it means to be trans or if gender is even real. It really sucks being lumped under the same umbrella as them when their goals are at complete odds with homosexuals, there's no common ground other than being seen as weird.

The obvious explanation is because they look like women, and when they don't they not only have a hard time going back but they don't have the strength to defend themselves like a man would. This infuriates the male tranny as not only does it detract from their need to be the center of attention but it reminds them that they aren't getting assaulted because they look like men and aren't dainty and feminine like they want to believe.
